Hey Man

Great read. There is another theory on moon phases. This one is promoted by a very experienced bass fisherman taken from years and years of notes. I'm also not sure if it is only related to Bass though.

Need to look at the time difference between moonrise and sunrise. Best time is when the difference is greater than 9 hours. Below 9 hours they will only be feeding for a short time in daylight hours, either in the morning or the afternoon.

So as an example, they will start feeding at 3am and stop at 7am,or start feeding at 3pm and stop at 7pm. They are still active, say for 4 hours, but only 1 hour in daylight.

I like yours as its less complicated :)
